Putting aside standard market rivalries, the big three U.S. carriers—AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon—have signed an official joint venture agreement. Led by interim CEO Paul Roth, this telecom alliance focuses on structural spectrum pooling to scale satellite direct-to-device connectivity across underserved rural areas and offer emergency network redundancy.
