The iQOO brand has separated from popular company Vivo and will now work as an independent brand. The smart phones launched under the iQOO brand will not belong to Vivo, and the company is going to launch its first smartphone in India.
iQOO has informed about its upcoming phone by tweets on its official tweeter handle. IQ has made it clear that the company is going to bring its 5G phone to India. if IQ launches this upcoming phone in the month of February, it will become the brand to bring first 5G smartphone in India. However, the company has not made it clear what the name of this 5G phone from the brand will be and how long it will knock in the market. After the tweet of iQOO, it has become clear that the company will play an important role in the introduction of 5G in India. Significantly, in its tweet, the company has announced that the company’s upcoming phone will be a powerful flagship phone equipped with high end specifications.

The Phone equipped with Snapdragon 865
iQOO has not now disclosed the name of the smartphone to be launched under its brand but the company had already made it clear that IQ will target the flagship segment through this upcoming smartphone. But there is a discussion that smartphones can be launched in the coming days under the names iQOO 3 and iQOO 3 Neo. iQOO also reported that this upcoming smartphone of the brand will be launched on Qualcomm’s most powerful chipset Snapdragon 865 processor. That phone of the brand will knock in the market with 5G connection.

The company will make its smartphones in terms of mobile gaming. It has one Kryo 485 Gold Gold Prime CPU core clocked at 2.84GHz, three Kryo 485 Gold CPU cores clocked at 2.42GHz, and four Kryo 485 Silver CPU cores clocked at 1.8GHz. The processor also features Adreno 640 GPU and the latest wireless connectivity features. The phone runs Android 9 Pie based custom UI skin. Along with this, iQOO says that the brand’s smartphones will come with the best battery technology in India. The iQOO comes equipped with a huge, 4000mAh battery so that it lasts more than a day of casual usage. The battery can be rapidly charged using Vivo s own 44W fast charging technology
Available online and offline both platforms
iQOO says that the company will make its smartphones available on both online and offline platforms separately in India. However, the company will sell its phones at offline retail stores a short time later but soon after the phone launch, the iQOO (5G smartphone) may be available for sale only on online shopping. Significantly, iQOO’s smartphones will be ‘Make in India’ and the company will operate its business and manufacturing from Bengaluru.

The company had reported that it would hold a major event in India on February 25, 2020 and the platform of this event would launch the first 5G enabled smartphone of the IQ brand to the world. The company has stated that the event will be the brand’s global event and only through the Indian market, iQOO’s smartphone will knock into the tech world.
